Miss Most-Disliked-by-Teachers (in School)

Hello, hello.. The birdie is back!! This time with another worm to peck at incessantly...

Yes, so... Read the title and now wondering who is this girl? Well, Miss Most-Disliked-by-Teachers(Miss MDT) is none other than Mr. Loser's girlfriend!! He he, did I not tell you that I would talk about her later..?

Well, actually this girl is way better than Mr. Loser and that's why I'll be soft on her today. Needless to say, this girl is the most popular(because the teachers dislike her) in our class for umm.. I guess... the wrong reasons :

1) Short Skirt
2) Sport Shoes with School Uniform(what?!)
3) Flirtatious nature
4) Manners => X
5) Extremely frank(sometimes brutally) which doesn't go down too well with the conservative crowd here
6) Talking about things in the open which are usually prohibited

Actually, I have listed here the reasons why the teachers are unhappy with her.. These are only a few, there are more but I can't think any more.

Well, why do I dislike this girl? Simple, because even I have had an unpleasent experience with her.

We have something in our school called the 'Open day'. Just this one day, various depts of the school -- English Dept, Math Dept, Chemistry Dept, Physics Dept, etc -- put up a colourful exhibition. I was, well, where I was destined to be, in the English Dept(I wanted the Chemistry Dept but it was spineless at that time so..) and Miss MDT was also in with me. I didn't really mind her as long as she kept to herself. So, the story is: English Dept organises "Soliloquies"(that's what the spelling is.. right?) i.e. a single person shall stand on stage and deliver a long speach(like Portia in Shakespear's Hamlet) which often has some famous lines and is a turning point in that particular story. We decided on five soliloquies and Miss MDT was Marc Antony delivering the famous "Friends, Romans, Countrymen..." speech(for those who have no idea, go check your younger sibling's english textbook). Miss MDT was very excited, very enthusiastic and promptly declared that she shall start preparation. But, in the end, four days before the D-Day, she pleads me to exchange places with her. I agree, on the condition that she help me out but unfortunately that doesn't happen. I, learn the whole speech by-heart, direct my Shakespear play(yea, that was my job earlier) and everything else. And she? NOTHING!! Help, what help? Why did she do this? "I wouldn't really be in a position to be in the character that day. It's a guy thing you see.." Ugh! She and her guy problems! Why can't she just stick to one and not go around flirting with the others??

And what guy problem? Well, nothing at all!! She just found a cute-looking guy and tried hitting on him and he just wasn't interested. Looks like she anticipated it. Last I heard, she was crying in the class.

When you are in school, you are expected to dress in a certain manner. That manner that means that dress modestly and smartly - which is the sole purpose of the uniform - NOT PROVOCATIVELY. Well, our person in the spotlight, just did that. Short skirt(above knee-length, d-uh!), socks pulled down to the ankles, and shirt buttons open in a suggestive manner. Now, that's a bit too much. Well, as the motto for most teenage girls goes: If you have the body, flaunt it.. She has just overdone that. Basically, if you ask me, it looks cheap. It really does. There's a way of dressing that way and yet look modest and NOT inviting-trouble types. Well, my juniors can show you how. Despite repeated attempts by the lady teachers(also prodded on by the male ones), to dress decently, everything's fallen on deaf ears of this young lady. Ah well, the result: Loads of boys craving her attention and she finding herself in an uncomfortable spot most of the times. Luckily for her sometimes, her girlfriends save her as they know how to deal with most of the guys here(she's a new admission).

And when it a free period in class -- a CIRCUS -- lol, literally. She and her girlfriends scream about here and there, squeal, shriek, jump on top of the desks(some girls in her group are yet to blossom, they roll on top of each other and ahem-ahem) and create a ruckus in the class. My complaint is the usual: I cannot concentrate.

Well, I must appreciate her for her outspoken & friendly nature. She's smart, cool, confident and has an American I-don't-give-a-damn attitude. Fine, I like it. Most do. And her group of girls are copying her(*rolling on the floor laughing*). That's so desperate!! HA HA HA!! I mean, whoa, make a group around here, fine, but don't go around following her every move. They listen to exactly the same songs she does, they like the same stuff she does, they choose exactly the same stuff she chooses. The girls have lost their individuality, sigh!

But now, well, she's single. I guess she musta broken off with Mr. Loser because of her recent performance in these exams. But I don't blame her. Actually, I don't wanna comment much on this. Her choice.

But hey, frankly speaking, she's good at heart, that's what I've found out, she only needs to check her actions and her tongue,too.

The Loser...

It's just another normal morning, i board the bus along with my Friend, chatter incessantly with her and then a long silence follows. That's when the bus approaches a certain bus-stop where i ridiculously hope this Loser doesn't board but no, he boards..!



And now, starts the part of the journey when i have to tolerate him..! Why?? Simple, he talks like an idiot, sweet-talks with my Friend(who isn't the least bit interested) and pretends to be smart.



Like this:

Loser: Did you study yesterday?

Me: Not much, just a bit

Loser: Define "just a bit"

Me: Some math, and chemistry

Loser: No Physics?

Me: Naah, don't like that subject

Loser: But why? Its the best subject around, you should study that as well.. study now then, why you doing chem?

Me: I'll do it later -- I am just studying some more in chem

Loser: Why do you study so much?

Me: Why should I not study much?

Loser: But, you always study.. and you say that

Me: I don't.. that's just your perception

Loser: Ya ya whatever.. you always say that

Me:(doesn't reply)



Pointless discussion. Naah,please i am no "padhaku". I just study something everyday so that I am in touch with what's going in class. I mean, that's something which everybody does when they go back home.. And he says that it's a lot of study... Seriously??

And on the day of a test or an exam, the journey to the school is a real pain. He doesn't study anything and asks literally everything. For example: Let's say we have semi-conductor devices for a test.

Loser: Hey, did you study?

Me: Of course.. Why wouldn't I?

Loser: I was thinking if I could do some masti and persuade her to postpone it

Me: I don't think so that's possible, she seemed pretty firm.

Loser: Ahh okay, now tell me what is a junction-diode, I didn't study anything!

Me: You had 2 days to prepare, what nonsense?

Loser: I was thinking that maybe I could get her to postpone it

Me: (ignores and buries nose in book)

See, he had 2 days to prepare for that chapter, and mind you, that chapter isn't boring or tough or incomprehensible or anything of that sort that two days seem impossible for preparation. And worse, junction diode is something basic you should know to understand that chapter!

He doesn't pay any attention in the class. I'll give you a scene:

Teacher walks in. Students stand up to wish. And then, he starts:

Loser: Ma'am, please a free period

Teacher: I have to finish the portion, sorry, some other time

Loser: Ma'am.. No please!!

Teacher: Sit down please, let me begin

Loser: Ma'am, we never get one..

Teacher: So? You should be studying, that's good

Loser: But ma'am we never never get--

Teacher: That's none of my business

Loser: You could atleast give us this one..

And so on..

And hence, half of the class is wasted in this ridiculous attempt of his. During the class, he doesn't let the teacher teach properly. Frequently, he pops in stupid comments. Once, we were learning this thing in English called "HyperbolE", during the class all he did was chant "HyperbolA" irritating the teacher who repeatedly asked him to shut up.

I must talk about the relationship of him and his gf(I'll talk about her later). It's funny, really. Now, our Mr. Loser had/has a huge crush on my Friend(I talked about her in the beginning). Well, my Friend is committed to another Guy. And our Loser too is seeing someone. Now, I don't know what he means but it's really funny to see him catch my Friend's attention everytime. But once he is with his GF, no one is important. Another thing to note, in front of him, his GF goes around flirting with her ex-es. Aww, poor guy has no guts to confront her about it. He just stands there helplessly, stupidly grinning. Well, let's just see how it'll be like if he confronts her about it. She'll only say, "You're only being insecure". And she goes on about it again. If he confronts her about it again, she'll break up with him again!! OOOOhhhhh No.... what face will he show to my Friend who's going very strong with her Guy?!?! So it's best to keep quiet.

Bah!! I am so frustrated writing about him. Imagine me actually tolerating him...!! Oh you know what? He's quite a show-off: The other day, me and another friend were tensed after the exam when he turned behind and asked how did our paper go.. I said,"We're worried..". He said,"Mine went pretty fine. I'll definately do well.. You guys might end up giving the re-test." And what happened? HE gave the re-test.. for Two subjects...!!

And the worst...?? He stinks...literally(bad breath). A li'l birdie just flew in to say that someone was pretty disgusted by Me. Loser because of this. YUCK..!! need I say more??

Hello Darlings!! :)

Lemme introduce meself to you:

I am Class XII CBSE student(he he shocking.. i am writing) residing in India. I am a Science Non-medical(PCMC--Comp Sci) student which naturally implies i am also preparing for my entrance examinations, the ordeal which shall begin right after my board exams. Huge Fan of... (??) darn, i don't know!! Basically, these days i am not too attached to anything to be labelled as its "Fanatic".. Okay, maybe Harry Potter but the hype is currently down, so that's taken a backseat. Used to be a huge fan of Daniel Radcliffe(if you don't know who he is--good for you!!) but no, yawn at him these days.

Well, back to the topic:
So you see it's a pretty hectic life with academics taking centre stage always.. so much that i actually having dreams wherein the alkyl halides and amines(go google if you can't figure out what they are) were pulling me to their respective sides -- then i remembered that i had to study those chapters for the chemistry exam..!! The only entertainment i have is the TV.. wait, NOT the cable TV.. renting DVDs and watching them.. and the browsing the Net every weekend(though i try and do it during the weekdays sometimes :P) .. See, ain't it boring?? You said it!!
Well, but still let's see... i'll try my best to live these few months in an interesting manner and update you about what's going on... I'll tell you some facts which i have observed, some gossip from my class(names stricty protected), my views on some current issues, etc etc
